We have changed the way we serve our members & guests to reflect the ever-changing safety needs of our nation during this unprecedented time. Here is what you can expect from us when you enter Fitness on Fire:

- Temperature scan before entry
- Closed for cleaning for 30 minutes between every session
- A facial covering is required when you walk into FOF but you may remove when you are in your private pod
- We will set up & tear down your workout pod to ensure proper cleaning of all equipment
- Our team members will be wearing a face covering at all times to make sure you feel safe & comfortable here at FOF
- We are currently utilizing our large outdoor space for all our sessions. We have made it as comfortable as possible with tents & water misters!


Due to the Quarantine of COVID-19, we have gone completely virtual overnight! Live Streaming classes & private/semi-private sessions. Live cooking classes, dance classes, book & brunch, and we're still coming up with more ways to keep humanity CONNECTED.

Private & Semi-Private Training

Private (1:1 Client to Coach) or Semi-Private (4:1 Client to Coach) training is for anyone who is looking for more individualized programming to fit their goals. Whether it is weight loss, Spartan training, or American Ninja Warrior, we have niche specific, Nationally Accredited Coaches to help you meet your goals.

Group Classes

As of October 12, 2020 we have two options for our group classes: Live Virtual Classes & Outdoor Group Classes here at FOF.

Outdoor Classes will be held in our large back parking lot or our OCR "Field of Dreams" located right next to FOF.

Our Live Virtual Classes are held on ZOOM and they are dope!

Youth Sports Performance

Our Sports Performance Program helps athletes of all ages and abilities become faster, stronger and mentally confident in their sport of choice.

We work directly with High School or Middle School athletic departments to make sure both values and programs align to give each athlete the attention and development they need to excel.

Starting your journey with our Free Fitness Orientation is the best way we can connect with you to fully understand how we can best serve you and your upcoming goals. You will receive a free 50 minute session with one of our Nationally Accredited Coaches to go over your goals, assess your movement, discuss nutrition, and create a plan to help you achieve your goals whether it be weight loss, strength development, or Spartan Racing.

We understand the coming to a new gym can be intimidating. We've all been through it so we've gone out of our way to make sure you feel right at home the minute you walk through our doors. All our group classes are catered to ALL levels.

We have 6 different group class types:

Cardio on Fire - Keep your body guessing with bodyweight workouts, treadmill circuits, jump ropes, and more! The goal in this class is to burn between 500-1000 calories and increase your aerobic performance!

Total Strength - Strength training to improve overall muscle shape, strength, and burn major calories! Monday through Friday classes cycles between focusing on: Total Body, Lower Body Push or Pull, and Upper Body Push or Pull.

Fitness on Fire - This is an explosive training session that will challenge your fitness in every way imaginable! This workout incorporates some of the most dynamic tools in fitness from sandbags, kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, tires, sleds, and more!

Mobility - We are firm believers that recovery and mobility is as essential as your workouts. We will make sure you are taking care of every inch of your body.

Warrior Training - Enjoy the outdoors with us! Every Saturday we visit a local trail and go for group runs - all levels are welcome and can go at their own pace. Our Warrior Trainings go hand in hand with our Obstacle Course Classes. The majority of OCR is trail running so might as well get good at running the trails and hittin' those hills!

Obstacle Course Training - How do you run a burpee free race? Practice and get good at the obstacles! It's one thing to get technically good at the obstacles, it's another thing to get good at the obstacles with an able body and strong lungs. This class will help you become more efficient and stronger at all OCR type races.

With COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently not offering Open Gym :( We are only offering appointment based sessions (private, semi-private, group classes) at the moment.

Once the restrictions have been lifted, we will make sure to accommodate open gym.

We are! We have completely gone virtual with LIVE STREAMING group classes, private & semi-private sessions all via ZOOM.

We do! We currently have 12 nationally accredited Coaches that cater to specific niches. Majority of our Coaches are SGX certified, World OCR Certified, and have podiumed/ran MANY obstacle course races.

You can work with a Coach specifically for OCR/functional fitness or come to one of our OCR group classes to keep your game up!
