YOUTH SUMMER CAMPS AT FITNESS ON FIRE
This summer, give your athlete the opportunity to train with purpose, build confidence, and improve performance in a high-energy coaching environment designed specifically for youth athletes ages 13–17.
Whether they’re preparing for their next sports season or simply looking to become faster, stronger, and more athletic, our Summer Performance Camps are built to develop real athletic skills that transfer to every sport.
Speed, Agility & Quickness Camp
- June 15 – June 26
- Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays
- 3:00–5:00 PM
- Ages 13–17
This camp focuses on developing the key movement skills that every athlete needs to succeed:
- Speed & acceleration
- Agility & change of direction
- Balance & coordination
- Explosive movement & reaction time
- Athletic confidence & body control
Athletes will go through high-energy drills and proven sports performance training methods designed to help them move faster, react quicker, and perform with greater confidence in competition.
Led by coach josh
Coach Josh is the Co Owner and Head Performance Coach at Fitness on Fire, as well as the Sports Performance Director at Pacifica Christian High School.
With coaching experience dating back to 2007, he has worked with athletes of all levels, helping them build strength, speed, confidence, and proper movement mechanics in a safe and motivating environment.
Coach Josh truly has a passion for uplifting youth athletes and helping them grow both physically and mentally through training. His goal is to create an environment where athletes feel encouraged, challenged, and supported while developing the discipline, confidence, and athletic foundation needed to succeed both in sports and in life.
