Speed Training: Improve your pacing with intervals, sprints, and focused runs.
Strength and Stability: We incorporate bodyweight exercise sand drills to improve strength and balance, essential for optimal running performance.

And don’t miss our new Wednesday Run Club at 6pm at Pretend City beginning October 2nd where we proudly serve as their official run ambassadors!
