Our Group Classes are built for everyone: scalable, adaptable, and always challenging. Workouts can be adjusted in weight and mechanics, giving you the flexibility to jump into a class to increase intensity or focus on weaknesses without compromising your goals.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our programming is proven to deliver results, earning acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, parents, and grandparents alike.

Every class is led by a certified Personal Trainer, runs about 60 minutes, and follows a structured flow: warm-up, movement instruction/demonstration, and a guided workout with real-time coaching to keep you safe and progressing.

Total Strength

Our Total Strength class is designed to help you lift heavy in a safe and guided environment. We alternate push and pull days, with each session hitting full-body movements, upper- and lower-body blocks, plus focused core and accessory work.

HYROX Training (3 Formats)

  • HYROX Engine – Build stamina and endurance with race-specific conditioning designed to expand your aerobic capacity and muscular resilience.
  • HYROX Strength – Develop total-body power and race-specific strength for sleds, carries, and wall balls. Functional movements meet strength training for next-level performance.
  • HYROX Intervals – Push your speed and power with high-intensity intervals. Short bursts, quick recoveries, and serious results in strength, speed, and endurance.

Spartan Training

Conquer obstacles with confidence. Learn and practice Spartan-specific skills like rope climbs, monkey bars, walls, and spear throws—then test yourself in a daily WOD that applies what you’ve learned.


FOF Hybrid

A dynamic functional strength & conditioning class designed to build a well-rounded athlete. Using kettlebells, battle ropes, sandbags, and more, you’ll develop strength, endurance, and mobility through purposeful movements. Perfect for boosting athletic performance and everyday functionality.


FOF Build

Target strength and definition with a hypertrophy-focused workout. High-volume training zones in on shoulders, arms, glutes, and core—helping you shape, define, and strengthen your physique.


Run Club Trails

Take your training outside. Join us on trails around Orange County (locations vary) for runs, jogs, or walks suitable for all levels. Weekly focuses rotate—hill repeats, aerobic threshold work, and running technique—to keep things fresh and challenging.
