Semi-Private Training

Group HYROX Classes

- Intervals (Mondays, 7am) – Speed and efficiency with targeted race intervals.
- Strength (Mondays, 6pm & Saturdays, 7am) – Build power for sled push/pull, carries, and wall balls.
- Engine (Wednesdays, 5:30am & 5pm) – Develop race-pace endurance and consistency.
