YOUTH SUMMER CAMPS AT FITNESS ON FIRE
This summer, give your athlete the opportunity to train with purpose, build confidence, and improve performance in a high-energy coaching environment designed specifically for youth athletes ages 13–17.
Whether they’re preparing for their next sports season or simply looking to become faster, stronger, and more athletic, our Summer Performance Camps are built to develop real athletic skills that transfer to every sport.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CAMP
- July 20 – July 31
- Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays
- 3:00–5:00 PM
- Ages 13–17
This introductory strength & conditioning camp helps athletes build a strong athletic foundation in a safe, structured, and motivating environment.
Athletes will learn:
- Proper movement mechanics
- Basic strength training techniques
- Speed & conditioning fundamentals
- Coordination, endurance, and teamwork
- Discipline, confidence, and athletic performance habits
This program is perfect for athletes looking to improve overall strength, movement quality, and conditioning while learning how to train correctly and safely.
Led by coach josh
Coach Josh is the Co Owner and Head Performance Coach at Fitness on Fire, as well as the Sports Performance Director at Pacifica Christian High School.
With coaching experience dating back to 2007, he has worked with athletes of all levels, helping them build strength, speed, confidence, and proper movement mechanics in a safe and motivating environment.
Coach Josh truly has a passion for uplifting youth athletes and helping them grow both physically and mentally through training. His goal is to create an environment where athletes feel encouraged, challenged, and supported while developing the discipline, confidence, and athletic foundation needed to succeed both in sports and in life.
