Youth Performance Camps for athletes ages 13–17 designed to improve speed, agility, strength, conditioning, coordination, and confidence in a safe, high-energy coaching environment.

Camp Options

Speed, Agility & Quickness Camp

June 15 – June 26
Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays
3:00–5:00 PM
Ages 13–17

This camp is designed to help athletes improve the key movement skills needed for success in every sport.

Athletes will work on:

• Speed & acceleration
• Agility & change of direction
• Balance & coordination
• Explosive movement
• Reaction time
• Athletic confidence & body control

Strength & Conditioning Camp

July 20 – July 31
Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays
3:00–5:00 PM
Ages 13–17

This camp introduces athletes to proper strength and conditioning in a safe, structured, and motivating environment.

Athletes will learn:

• Proper movement mechanics
• Strength training fundamentals
• Conditioning & endurance
• Speed and agility basics
• Coordination and teamwork
• Confidence in the gym and in sports

Led by Coach Josh

Coach Josh is the Co Owner and Head Performance Coach at Fitness on Fire, as well as the Sports Performance Director at Pacifica Christian High School.

With coaching experience dating back to 2007, he has worked with athletes of all levels, helping them build strength, speed, confidence, and proper movement mechanics in a safe and motivating environment.

Coach Josh truly has a passion for uplifting youth athletes and helping them grow both physically and mentally through training.
